With the end of the year in sight, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a challenging but successful 2021 for Enteractive. Let’s have a look at some of our proudest moments from the past year.
The launch of the Enteractive Engager
In May 2021 we took personalisation to a new level by launching our latest product ‘Engager’, which is the perfect extension to our (Re)Activation Cloud. It helps us connect with iGaming operators’ players on their terms for more personalised one-to-one engagement.
What does it mean? Players can choose when and how we contact them, putting them in control and making them feel like your most valued player.
Long-lasting and exciting new partnerships
At Enteractive we’re very lucky to have many wonderful partnerships with some of the biggest in the industry.
This year we celebrated 10 years of partnership with Betsson Group, one of our long-lasting partners. We’re proud of what we have achieved over the years. We’ve talked to over 1.6 million Betsson players, from 5.1 million call attempts, with an incredible 2.4 millions minutes spent by Enteractive agents talking directly to Betsson Group’s players.
We’ve also had the pleasure of working together with new partners in the industry, offering our retention and reactivation services to a wider iGaming audience.
We partnered with Fortuna Entertainment group to start Romanian reactivation campaigns for two brands; Fortuna and Casa Pariurilor.
FrankFred started using Enteractive’s one-to-one conversations to reactivate NDCs and NRCs for the Frank & Fred Casino.
Enteractive also expanded reactivation activity for Ellmount Group’s main brand CasinoRoom.com, following impressive conversion rates for HighRoller.
Expansion to new markets
We’ve had an incredible year when it comes to our expansion to new markets. From our activity increase in Peru, Chile, Brazil, Canada, New Zealand, and Estonia, to diving in completely new territories like India, France, Croatia, Greece, and the U.S.
And let’s not forget the opening of Enteractive’s second office in Bucharest, Romania!

Bringing the industry together with our networking events
Bringing the iGaming people together through our sports events was definitely one of the highlights of this year. Two iGaming Padel Leagues at Padel Malta and three golf events at the Royal Malta Golf Club were a huge success with plenty of networking opportunities.
We’re looking forward to organising many more next year!
