7 year work-iversary celebration at Enteractive

We’re celebrating a special occasion at Enteractive – the 7th work anniversary of Harri Lehtiniemi. From (Re)Activation Sales Agent for the Finnish market to Head of Outbound Sales, Harri has had an impressive journey at the company so far. We’re very happy to have him in our team!

Today, we’re looking back with him on his career at Enteractive for the last 7 years. 


Who is Harri Lehtiniemi?

Originally I’m from Oulu, a city in Finland, but currently living in Malta. I enjoy many different kind of sports, especially golf. But I also like football. 

My current position is Head of Outbound Sales. I have four Sales Country Managers in my team. Together we’re handling our B2C sales for our clients, and trying to hit our sales targets every single day.


What do you like about working at Enteractive? 

The company has a lot of ambition and the power to make everything work. There are so many professionals in every department, so you can learn and get useful information every day.

I see a bright future for the company, expanding our business to the US, Australia, Asia, and hopefully adding new products to Enteractive’s portfolio to offer to our clients.


How did you build your network in Malta?

Malta is quite a small island, but we do have a Finnish community here and many of them are also working for iGaming companies. However, golf courses are the best place to get to know new people. Enteractive also organises frequent golf events for people in the iGaming industry, which brings many opportunities to build your network. 


In your opinion, what’s the key to success?

I believe learning is really important. It keeps you motivated and gives you a set of goals, and that’s the only way to be really happy and make progress in your life.

I have quite a few heroes I look up to. Business- wise, Elon Musk is definitely one of them. If I need motivation, Tony Robbins is my guy, along with Tiger Woods.


What was your career path at Enteractive?

I started at Enteractive as a (Re)Activation Sales Agent for the Finnish market, until I got promoted to Finnish Team Leader. After some organisational changes, my position changed to Country Sales Manager for a few markets. Three years ago I got promoted to my current position – Head of Outbound Sales.


What advice would you give to your colleagues?

It’s hard work. Every position you’re in, you have to give everything you have and a little bit extra. Then people will start noticing you. It’s something special if you can lift the people around you, and make them a better version of themselves.


What’s your average day like?

My day usually starts with going through yesterday’s sales numbers, it’s still exciting after seven years!  Then depending on my calendar I have a few meetings on different matters. Usually it’s about sales results, training, clients, and sometimes even with the IT guys. 

Outside of work, you will most likely find me at the golf course, at the gym, or at Beefbar in St. Paul’s Bay, which is my favourite place to go to.

What are your favourite memories from your time at Enteractive?

I have so many good memories. Once, I went on a trip to Las Vegas with my colleagues, which was a lot of fun. The time I got promoted is also pretty special to me.

And definitely the best day of my career at Enteractive, is the day I became a share owner of the company!


How has Enteractive changed in the past 7 years?

It’s a more professional organisation than what it was when I joined Enteractive 7 years ago. There are new departments with many talented people working at the company. A big difference is that we mainly focussed on Scandinavia back then, whereas nowadays we’re working with clients all over the world.


How are you going to celebrate your 7 year work anniversary?

I haven’t really thought about it, but now you asked… I think it will be a round of golf!
